SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS

New subscriptions to Overland Journal start with the next issue published, which can often be two or more months away. Please let us know if you would like to start your subscription with the current issue; we'd be happy to ship it to you upon request. Include your name and address, or order number, and send us a note to members@overlandjournal.eu.

WHEN DOES THE NEXT ISSUE COME OUT?

Here is when we plan to ship each of the issues throughout the year:

Gear—February/March
Spring—May
Summer—July/August
Autumn—October
Winter—December

After we ship the issue, it can take 2-6 weeks to arrive for subscribers in Europe depending on where you are. If you think you've missed an issue, please let us know right away.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

You can send us a note to members@overlandjournal.eu. We will need a little bit of information to make the change; please provide the following:

Subscriber acc. # (if you have it)
First and last name
Old address
New address
The last issue you received

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION START?

New subscriptions start with the next issue published as they are shipped from our printer. On your receipt, it should tell you which issue you'll receive first.

Since we publish five issues per year, it can take a few months for you to receive your first issue. If you think you have missed an issue, please send us an e-mail.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

HOW DO I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Easy—when you purchase the gift subscription, use the recipient's name and mailing address in the shipping information fields at checkout. Feel free to leave a comment on your order or drop us a note to members@overlandjournal.eu if you feel unsure that we have the information correct.

WILL YOU NOTIFY THE RECIPIENT OF THE GIFT?

We don't send anything by default, but if you send us a note we'd be happy to send them a letter.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS (excl. press)

SHIPPING

Order Processing
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail once your order has been packaged and scheduled for pickup by the shipping company. Most shipping notification e-mails contain a tracking number.

Shipping Costs
For domestic and international shipments, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the size and weight of everything in your order. If the shipping estimate seems inaccurate, please send us a note to members@overlandjournal.eu. We only charge our customers what it costs us to ship their order, so we would be happy to put together a shipping quote for you. Please include your shipping address as well as the name of the products you'd like to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Not happy with your purchase? We'd love to make it right.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within approx. four weeks of returning your purchase depending on the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please send us a note to members@overlandjournal.eu and include your invoice number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
